Shatavari
Coined the “Queen of Herbs”, Shatavari has been used for centuries as a hormone balancer and a general tonic to uplift physical and emotional stress. It also manages diabetes mellitus, prevents high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and helps in the treatment of bacterial and fungal infections, edema, infertility, depression, and cancer.
1. Enhances Digestion: Shatavari is known as an excellent digestive herb. The anti-flatulent property reduces the formation of gas in the alimentary canal, thus preventing flatulence, bloating, and abdominal distension. It also reduces indigestion, increases appetite, and promotes better absorption of nutrients in the body. Aloe Vera

Other hemorrhoid symptoms include itching, swelling, prolapse, and soiling. Hemorrhoids can be internal or external. Internal hemorrhoids develop within the rectum’s inner recesses, while external hemorrhoids take root on the outer parts of the anus.

It also provides relief from dysentery and diarrhea due to its drying property. Alum is found to be beneficial for mouth ulcers due to its strong healing activity.
Bleeding piles: Piles are known as Arsh in Ayurveda which is caused by an unhealthy diet and a sedentary lifestyle. This leads to the impairment of all three doshas, mainly Vata. An aggravated Vata causes a low digestive fire, leading to constipation. This causes swelling in the veins in the rectum area leading to piles mass. Sometimes bleeding can also occur in this condition. Alum (Sphatika bhama) helps to control bleeding. This is due to its Kashaya (astringent) and Raktastambhak (hemostatic) properties.
